DayTrippers Session 6-2 – Detox at Reggie’s

When they arrive at Diaspora Ranch there is an ambulance waiting, along with a crash team. Reggie tells Chip that this is all part of a mission and he needs Chip to play along. He’s strapped to a gurney and wheeled in with Nash and Reggie close behind. Dr Lee comes out to meet the group and Reggie and Nash begin giving him all the details concerning Chip’s situation. Chip is taken in and sedated.
Shortly after Bento arrives and Reggie and Nash give him a report as well. Bento is none too pleased and leans on Reggie a bit. He suggests grabbing a cup of caf so that they can chat. Bento is out of the military and works for Dark Matter Inc now. He offers Reggie and Nash the chance to join up but chastises Reggie and tells him he’s going to need to play by the book. (I mean come on, it’s Reggie)
Nash tells his story and Bento is initially put off but becomes intrigued as he finds out that Cordoba has been able to connect a dreamer to their dream world. He provides Reggie and Nash with new identities and promises to set them up with an apartment in Sacramento.
In the meantime, Reggie and Nash set themselves up at the Anxious Arms motel.
