The player perform deep into twilight and ask the investigators to share a meal. Things are relaxed and cordial and eventually everyone turns in for the night. In the morning the players are gone and despite having set watches no one saw them leave.
They turn back along the road to find the trail leading to the tanners. Along the trail Doreena sees evidence of a recent battle. When they reach the tanners home Bronwin is there but she’s none to excited to go home.
