Jack Crandall – Brett
Erin Shaughnessy – John
Randy Anders – Kurt
GM – Neil
The boys are on their way to Philadelphia, City of Brotherly Love, and apparently the epicenter of a new and potentially paranormal drug known as Dead Arm.
When they arrive, Jack begins handling all of the paperwork while Randy and Erin head inside to the breakroom looking for somebody who likes to “party”. As luck would have it they find a guy who looks like he just snorted a quick pick me up. Even better, there are plenty of doughnuts to keep Randy happy. Jack comes in and he and Erin chat up Dale, who provides them with a cell number for his connection.
They head back to the hotel and Erin texts the dealer to set up a meet. Passing liquor store after liquor store they eventually find the right one and pull in. Erin is nominated as the “spokesperson” and buys some pot to get his foot in the door. Once business is transacted Erin broaches the subject of Dead Arm and the dealer gets a little cagey and tells Erin to get in his Escalade. With more then a little trepidation Erin gets in. The dealer says that Dead Arm is some pretty bad stuff and that people taking don’t come around anymore. He advises against taking it but says for 1000 dollars he can give Erin more information about how to get it. Erin politely refuses and he exits the car unmolested as the dealer pulls away.
Erin tells the guys what he found out and they decide to contact, not sparkly, Edward. Jack mentions that the postcards seem to function in non regular space-time and suggests going to the airport to rent a box so they can drop in a postcard.
